You’ll explore: Intermediate Ashtanga Series breakdown Advanced use of bandhas, drishti, and breath control Injury prevention and body awareness Finding fluidity and flow within structure 🌞 Hatha Yoga Hatha Yoga is the root of all modern practices — the original path of balance between the solar (Ha) and lunar (Tha) energies. You’ll study and experience: Traditional Hatha postures & transitions Holding poses with awareness and breath Connection between Hatha and subtle body (chakras, nadis) Shiva as Adi Yogi (the first yogi) Deep reverence for Rishi Patanjali and his Yoga Sutras “Lifting your leg is not yoga — lifting your life is.” 🌬️ Pranayama (Breath Expansion) Breath is life. The more we understand the breath, the more we master our mind, energy, and emotions.
