Join Us at AUMLAYA : Where ancient wisdom meets cosmic rhythm. Where asana becomes awareness and breath becomes devotion. Where the seeker becomes the silence. ?️ This is your invitation to remember who you are. Step in. Expand. Transform.
The 108++ Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is not simply a course — it is a portal into transformation. Rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Himalayan sages and aligned with the universal rhythm of cosmic energy, this training is designed to awaken the subtle layers of consciousness that lie dormant within you.
In yogic philosophy, the microcosm (individual self) is a mirror of the macrocosm (the universe). Your breath echoes the breath of the cosmos. Your inner fire mirrors the fire of the stars. Your stillness reflects the silence from which all creation arises.
This training goes far beyond the physical postures of yoga. It is a spiritual immersion, a recalibration of your energetic field, and a direct invitation to step into your true essence as both a teacher and a seeker.
Everything in existence pulses with prana — the universal life force. Just as galaxies spiral and stars are born in silence, the yogic journey awakens that same spiraling energy within: Kundalini Shakti.
When you align your body through asana, your breath through pranayama, and your awareness through meditation, you are not merely practicing yoga — you are aligning with the vibration of the cosmos.
This training invites you to:
Experience the subtle body: chakras, nadis, and the flow of prana
Understand the cycles of nature and your energetic rhythm within them
Activate deeper states of awareness through ancient kriyas and meditation
Refine your inner instruments — body, breath, mind — to become a clear channel for consciousness
Cultivate Sattva (purity and balance) through lifestyle, diet, and intention
Through this lens, yoga becomes not just a tool for health or fitness, but a sacred technology for transformation — a way to realign your being with the cosmic order (Rta), find your true dharma, and live in deep harmony with all of life.
Over 54 days, you’ll be guided into a rhythm that blends structured learning with experiential depth. Each practice, lecture, and discussion is an opportunity to embody the teachings — to move from knowledge to wisdom, and from practice to presence.
You won’t just learn about the chakras — you’ll feel them awakening.
You won’t just study the sutras — you’ll start living them.
You won’t just meditate — you’ll return to the silence from which thought arises.
This is a return to the sacred center of who you are.
As your understanding deepens, your teaching naturally transforms. You’ll no longer teach from memorized sequences, but from presence, awareness, and intuition. You’ll no longer demonstrate postures — you’ll transmit energy.
This course is not about becoming a better yoga teacher. It’s about becoming a radiant, integrated being who lives yoga in every breath, every interaction, every moment.
By the end of this journey, you will carry:
A heightened vibrational presence that uplifts others just by being
Mastery of physical, energetic, and mental tools to guide students with authenticity
Embodied wisdom, grounded in daily practice and spiritual experience
A deeper purpose, rooted in your connection to source, soul, and service
This path is not for everyone. It is for those who feel the quiet call of the infinite. For those who are no longer satisfied with surface-level teachings. For those who are ready to dissolve their old identities and be reborn into the silence, clarity, and love that is their truest nature.
“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” — Rumi
